Ocala Health And Rehabilitation Center in Ocala, FL is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the overnight 11 PM–7 AM shift. You will provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community.

This full-time role requires current LPN license, BLS/CPR, and strong teamwork to support resident recovery goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident care activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support resident recovery goals.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a full-time basis for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. The LPN will provide direct nursing care and support to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive resident outcomes.
