Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs to provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing setting in Colorado. Shifts include 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; 6pm-6am nights; and PRN options. A $1K bonus is paid out over 6 months as part of the package.

Candidates must hold an LPN license in Colorado and CPR certification, and pass a background check to join an amazing team devoted to resident well-being and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Must hold current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$30-$40
