Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs for the 6:30am–6:30pm shift, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, possibly supervising aides, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.

Offer includes healthcare benefits (vision & dental for full-time), 401k with match, paid time off, sick leave, and ongoing training. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available and paid at 3/6/12 months.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Current CPR certification0am

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$30-$40

$1000 Bonus; Will be paid out at 3 months ($250), 6 months ($250) and 12 months $500)
