Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO seeks full-time LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in a supportive, patient-focused unit. Eligible candidates receive a $1K bonus paid out over 6 months and join a team that values high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• May supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.

Open Positions

• Full-Time 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
• Full-Time 6pm-6am all nights needed
• PRN all shifts

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Rate Range

Rate Range: $35-$40
