Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring full‑time LPNs with a $1K bonus. Shifts include 6am–6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and 6pm–6am nights; PRN also available. Join a caring team focused on seniors and quality patient care.

Expect to provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and deliver treatments. Applicants must hold a Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
