Pikes Peak Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on nursing care in a resident-centered environment, support medication passes, and contribute to treatment plans.

Full-time, 6am-6:30pm with a weekend rotation
Full-time, 6am-6:30pm on Friday-Sunday
Full-time, 6pm-6:30am on Sunday, Thursday & Saturday
Full-time, 6pm-6:30am on Thursday-Saturday

Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
