Job summary

Stella Maris Inc. in Maryland is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team delivering high-quality care to residents.

This role offers 12-hour shifts, both day and night, with part-time and full-time opportunities and a mission-driven work environment. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately, respond to emergencies, and support residents and families with compassion.

Qualifications

LPN licensure in the State of Maryland.
Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards.
Monitors residents' physical and mental status and responds to changes.
Responds to resident call lights and communicates with the care team.
Maintains documentation in the patient health record to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provides physical and emotional support with compassion and care.
