Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Memphis, TN is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home care to pediatric and/or adult patients. You will deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes, following prescribed orders and utilizing the nursing process for assessment and planning.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. Prior nursing experience is preferred, and comprehensive benefits are offered by Maxim.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where practicing.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from care team and document nursing diagnoses.
