Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes in Shelbyville, KY. Varying day, evening, and night shifts are available, with weekends open for full-time or part-time roles.

Pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour, depending on schedule, experience, and patient needs. The position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where practice occurs.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Weekends, full-time, and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts. This position is located in Shelbyville, KY. Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.
