Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. The role includes applying the nursing process, delivering skilled care per orders, and monitoring patient condition during each assignment.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, current TB/Chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. One year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
