Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs. Open shifts: 6:30am–6:30pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You’ll provide LVN/LPN nursing services, may supervise aides, and participate in meds and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and the Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, medications passes and treatments.
• Contribute to a collaborative care environment delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
