Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring full-time LPNs and PRNs. Open positions include 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; 6pm-6am nights; and PRN shifts. A $1K bonus is paid out over 6 months. Expect a culture that values staff and residents, with opportunities for growth.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Rate Range:

$35-$40
