Job summary

Sierra Post Acute is hiring a full-time LPN to join our skilled nursing team in Colorado. Available shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am across several days, with competitive pay and full-time benefits. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services, medication passes, and treatments in a patient-centered setting.

Required: current Colorado LPN license, CPR certification, ability to pass background checks; LTC/SNF experience is a plus. Join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check including Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, may supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.
