Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a licensed LPN to join our skilled nursing team on a part-time basis. You will provide nursing care, support care plans, and contribute to a patient-centered environment.

Candidates must hold a Colorado LPN license, CPR certification, and be able to pass background checks; LTC/SNF experience is a plus. The role may include supervising CNAs and administering medications and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus
