Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mt. Morris, MI to care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes, including cases with gastronomy tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilator support.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care members.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
