Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Berrien Springs, MI is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide home health care to pediatric and/or adult patients. This full- or part-time role offers hourly pay and the chance to work directly in patients' homes across Michigan.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient status with documentation of changes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
