Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan to provide 1:1 patient care in a homecare setting near Mt. Pleasant. Both part-time and full-time options are available.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care using the nursing process, with current LPN licensure, TB screening or chest X-ray, and BLS required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Michigan.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Part time and Full time available.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
