Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bronson, MI to provide 1:1 homecare nursing for pediatric or adult patients in their homes.

The role is offered as both part-time and full-time, with competitive pay and benefits. The LPN must be licensed in the practicing state and meet standard nursing qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
