Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bronson, MI to work 1:1 with pediatric or adult patients in a homecare setting.

The position offers both part-time and full-time schedules and emphasizes skilled nursing care in the home environment. The role requires an active LPN license in the state of practice, current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a current BLS card, with competitive pay and benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and information and nursing diagnoses.
