Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 1:1 skilled nursing in Detroit, MI. Patient needs often include gastronomy tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. We work with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
