Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care across cottage-style units on a 12-hour shift schedule. The role includes medication administration, patient monitoring, and collaboration with CNAs and the clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an active SC LPN license, CPR certification, and are willing to maintain continuing education. PCC experience is a plus; PRN flexibility is required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
