Job summary

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking LPNs in Denver, CO to provide nursing care in a skilled unit on set shifts. The position includes part-time hours and PRN options, with competitive pay.

Current CO LPN license and experience are required; prior post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not mandatory. Opportunity to join a valued care team with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Support patient care and participate in care planning with the team.

Shifts:

Part-time, 6am-6:30pm on Wednesday

Part-time, 6pm-midnight

PRN, 6am-6:30pm with good availability

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Must have experience working as an LPN

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required

Rate Range - $30-$38/hour
