Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist Manager for Loyalty Issuers in North America.

You will drive loyalty platform sales to senior executives in financial services, building a strong pipeline and closing multi-year, multimillion-dollar deals. You will articulate the value of bundled Loyalty Solutions with Data & Services offerings, collaborate across sales, product, and finance teams, and influence C-suite audiences with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling to senior executives and navigating matrixed organizations.
• Experience in solution-based selling to drive customer value.
• Experience monetizing senior client relationships based on empathy and subject matter expertise.
• Strategic software sales experience with expertise in CRM / Martech / Loyalty/Media.
• Preferable rolodex of C-Level / EVP / SVP/VP contacts in Financial Services.
• Ability to build a robust pipeline with limited lead generation support.
• Strong networker across stakeholders to advance opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Generating new loyalty platform sales within the financial services segment in North America.
• Developing and executing the sales strategy for prospect accounts to secure multimillion-dollar, multi-year deals.
• Build and develop an active pipeline, progressing to signed platform deals.
• Articulate benefits of bundling Loyalty Solutions with Data & Services products.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for senior client audiences and large deals.
• Partner across internal sales, product management, program management and finance teams.
• Excellent problem solving and analytics with fact-based thinking.
• Represent Mastercard D&S to senior client stakeholders, including c-suite.
