Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Business Development in the US Issuers organization to drive retention and growth within affiliate issuers and payment processors. This role partners with banks to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver tailored solutions that expand revenue and market share.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales/account management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across C-suite and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years sales and account management experience.
• Experience with banks, credit unions, or payment networks.
• Ability to develop business cases and financial models.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate outreach to affiliate issuers and payment processors to grow volume and revenue.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with banks, credit unions or payment consultants.
• Manage relationships with payment consultant companies and respond to RFPs.
• Work with Mastercard cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify customer needs to drive profitability and value for Mastercard and customers.
• Develop inputs for business cases and financial models; coordinate resources.
• Coordinate thought leadership engagements with influencer parties and customers.
• Manage process improvement initiatives within Processors and Community Issuers.
