Job summary

DraftKings seeks a Loyalty Operations Associate to deliver accurate, reliable bonus offers and elevate the Rewards experience. You’ll configure promotions, test mechanics, and spot issues before players are affected, collaborating with Marketing, Customer Experience, and cross-functional teams.

You’ll monitor promotions, resolve issues, and contribute to process enhancements with automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in loyalty operations, promotions, QA, or similar.
• Experience with offers or rules-based systems and following requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving to ensure accuracy.
• Experience using data, reports, and operational tools to monitor performance; SQL/Sigma/Tableau a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure bonus offers, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with promotion rules.
• Test offers before launch to verify eligibility, rewards, messaging, and functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot offer issues with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing to align audiences, terms, timing, and requirements.
• Monitor live promotions and help resolve issues to minimize player impact.
• Support improvements to offer setup, testing, and monitoring through automation, AI tools.
