Job summary

Times Supermarkets Hawaii seeks a Loyalty Program Specialist to manage the daily operation and support of the customer rewards program. This role ensures offers are configured and tested in the POS and loyalty systems, and provides excellent customer service related to loyalty issues.

This position partners with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Store Operations, and leadership to build a robust set of promotional offers that support the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail, marketing operations, or loyalty programs.
• Experience with NCR Encor and NCR LoyaltyPro is highly preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, or Operations.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain loyalty offers in POS and loyalty systems.
• Test and validate loyalty offers for accuracy and functionality.
• Document standardized procedures for loyalty operations.
• Analyze performance and compliance of offers and promotions.
• Troubleshoot loyalty program issues in systems and processes.
• Serve as liaison between loyalty program and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to create coupons and promo codes.
• Provide customer support via phone and email for loyalty inquiries.
