Job summary

Times Supermarkets is seeking a Loyalty Program Specialist to manage and optimize PPRM Hawaii's rewards program, configure offers in NCR Encor and Loyalty Pro, and test functionality.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Store Operations and Leadership, analyze performance, provide customer support, and develop standardized procedures for loyalty operations. Occasional after-hours support may be required to resolve issues at retail locations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail, marketing operations, customer loyalty programs or POS system management.
• Experience with POS or customer loyalty systems (NCR Encor, NCR LoyaltyPro) is highly preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, or Operations is common.
• Customer service or support experience is a plus, especially handling account or technical issues.
• Familiarity with offer setup, promotions, or digital campaign execution in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain promotional offers in PPRM Hawaii’s POS and loyalty systems (NCR Encor and Loyalty Pro).
• Test and validate loyalty offers to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Develop and document standardized procedures for loyalty program operations.
• Analyze the performance and compliance of loyalty offers and promotions.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to loyalty program execution.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the loyalty program and internal teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Store Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and provide single-use coupons and promotional codes for marketing materials.
• Maintain positive relationships with loyalty program vendors and partners.
• Provide direct customer support by resolving loyalty-related inquiries via phone and email, including points adjustments and account troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Occasional after-hours support as required to correct any promotional issues that may occur at retail locations.
• Other related duties as required.
