Job summary

RealTime Solutions, a Buyers Edge Platform brand based in Minnesota, seeks a Program Support Specialist to help run national loyalty programs for foodservice operators. You will bridge operations, data management, and client services, assisting with data validation, invoicing, promotion operations, and internal reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain PM tools like Teams, Jira, and Asana, and contribute to performance reports and dashboards in Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 2-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs, CRM platforms, or B2B/B2C marketing initiatives is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles; experience with Teams, Jira, or Asana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in day-to-day execution of loyalty programs, including tracking milestones, action steps, and deadlines.
• Assist in the implementation of new program features, platform enhancements, and technology upgrades.
• Maintain and update project management tools with current status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support program promotion operations including setup, maintenance, basic reporting and turning them into actionable case studies.
• Lead the review, validation, and processing of program-related invoice reports, ensuring accuracy.
