Job summary

Kahala Brands, Ltd. in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Loyalty Specialist to support day-to-day loyalty program operations across our portfolio. You will ensure rewards and promotions execute accurately across web, app, POS, and in-store touchpoints.

Under the guidance of the CRM Director, you will configure campaigns in Punchh or Paytronix, monitor KPIs, report results, and collaborate with digital, analytics, and operations teams to drive guest value.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of loyalty program experience, specifically Punchh or Paytronix with campaign configuration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with loyalty analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with digital, tech, analytics, operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day loyalty program operations across systems (web, app, POS, in-store).
• Configure rewards, test promotions, and support brand initiatives.
• Monitor loyalty KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Directors and vendors to improve program performance.
