SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management Cooperatie U.A. is seeking a Portfolio Manager to coordinate loyalty and customer experience workstreams.

You will lead loyalty initiatives, own SkyPriority product delivery, and ensure alignment with member airlines to deliver elevated experiences for high-value customers. Based in the Netherlands, you will engage with multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, operations, and commercial teams while

Qualifications

• Availability to reside and work legally in the Netherlands on a full-time basis.
• Ability to travel frequently, at times on short notice.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of experience)
• Experience in the aviation loyalty industry
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loyalty initiatives and define projects aligned with SkyTeam’s vision.
• Own SkyPriority product ownership and standards governance.
• Ensure seamless integration and policy alignment across member airlines.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, risks, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, structure agendas, and document outcomes.
