Macy's is seeking a Loyalty Intern to help evolve the Star Rewards program from its New York corporate offices. You will contribute to go-to-market strategies, benefit launches, and performance analyses as part of a hands-on internship experience.

During the 8-week program, you will collaborate across Loyalty, Stores, Digital, Marketing, Legal, and Data & Analytics teams, gaining exposure to senior leaders and real business impact in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling and influencing.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret reports and procedures.
• Strong retail math and data analysis to drive recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support go-to-market strategies for Star Rewards benefits across channels.
• Collaborate with Loyalty, Stores, Digital, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Data & Analytics.
• Assist with launch planning, customer communications, benefit journeys, and requirements.
• Analyze loyalty program data to uncover insights for decision-making.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Support execution and measurement of loyalty and credit marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and loyalty experiences.
