Macy's is seeking participants for its Store Management Internship Program, a nationwide, on-site 8-week experience in major market stores this summer. You'll gain exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, store operations, and leadership development.

As a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, you’ll work with store managers, learn merchandising initiatives, analyze trends, and present a final project to leadership.

Qualificações

• Junior year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn store operations and leadership concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to learn sales and customer experience best practices.
• Shadow managers across operations and visual merchandising to plan initiatives.
• Develop a customer-focused selling environment by coaching colleagues.
• Support daily store operations through training and development of staff.
• Analyze trends with partners to align merchandising with customer needs.
