Macy's is seeking a Store Management Intern to experience every facet of leading a store, from customer service to merchandising and operations. The 8-week program runs nationwide in major market stores during June–August 2027 and offers hands-on learning with guidance from store leaders.

You will shadow managers, analyze trends, coach teams, and present a capstone project. Eligible juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Junior-year student eligible for internship opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to learn while gaining feedback for growth.
• Shadow Operations and Visual Merchandising managers to plan merchandising initiatives.
• Engage with leaders across business functions to understand store strategy.
• Coach and develop colleagues to create a customer-focused selling environment.
• Support daily store operations through training and guidance of staff.
• Analyze trends with partners to select merchandise aligned with customer needs.
• Explore retail strategies by analyzing big-picture business dynamics.

• Demonstrate learning via a project and presentation for leadership review.
