Qualifications

• Junior standing as rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree; minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving; ability to analyze sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of member activations, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist lifecycle marketing communications across customer touchpoints.
• Help personalize customer communications from campaign development through performance measurement.
• Support digital experience enhancements to increase engagement and retention.
• Assist campaign reporting, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support special projects related to customer engagement and retention strategies.
