Choice Hotels International, Inc. in North Bethesda, MD is seeking a Loyalty Engagement Manager to lead member engagement strategies across the lifecycle, drive loyalty promotions, and partner-marketing programs within the Choice Privileges ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Loyalty Strategy, Partnerships, Cobrand, CRM, Digital teams and external partners to translate member insights into personalized communications and experiences that increase enrollment, activation and lifetime value.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in loyalty marketing, lifecycle/CRM or related areas.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead member engagement strategy across the lifecycle with cross-functional partners.
• Develop national and targeted loyalty promotions using test-and-learn approaches.
• Manage partnerships to drive participation and loyalty program value.
• Run A/B tests to optimize messaging and channels.
• Monitor KPIs (enrollment, activation, redemption) and report program health.
• Guide on-property marketing strategy and collateral refresh.
