This role designs benefits, tier structure, earn-and-burn models, and currency governance while partnering with Marketing, Digital, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology to optimize the member experience. You will drive enrollments, repeat stays, and lifecycle campaigns, build analytics dashboards, and manage a small team.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics, modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading analytics and strategy teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end loyalty program design and value proposition.
• Own fee governance and program economics, including Points and Cash.
• Develop and maintain currency valuation, velocity, and liability models.
