You will ensure systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates are tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. The role requires driving to sites, strong problem‑solving skills, and clear communication with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑first communication style.
• Self‑directed with solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices per site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
