Job summary

ADT is seeking a Field Operations Technician to install and service low-voltage security systems in customer homes and small businesses. You will perform site assessments, test and configure systems for reliability, and ensure clear communication with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. You will operate a company vehicle and adhere to safety standards while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices per site layouts.
• Perform site assessments and test systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials.
• Educate customers on system features and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety protocols.
