Job summary

Applied Business Communications (ABcom) is seeking a Low Voltage Safety Manager to lead safety and loss control across nationwide projects. You will formulate safety programs, conduct site visits, and oversee investigations to prevent incidents while ensuring OSHA compliance.

This role includes training employees and customers in safety practices and maintaining regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with field teams and management to implement policies, perform drug testing, and develop

Qualifications

• Formulates, develops, and coordinates the safety and loss control functions.
• Visits job sites to support and encourage safe and productive behavior.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective action.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and develops safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in monthly safety meetings.
• Conducts various drug testing processes (pre-employment, random, reasonable/for cause, post-accident).
• Trains employees and customers in Company and OSHA safety practices.
• Provides guidance on employee health, public safety, and environmental safety matters.
• Develops and implements safety programs and objectives.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to promote best safety practices.
