Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience as Safety Manager or similar construction safety role.
• Hands-on construction site safety experience.
• Experience with low-voltage/network cabling or related projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and project teams.
• On-site in Jeffersonville, OH for the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for low-voltage network and communication cabling construction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections, JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors for safety compliance.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and report them.
• Maintain safety documentation and training records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site leadership, and field personnel.
• Communicate safety requirements between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams.
