Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a safety professional to serve as OSHA Competent Person for BMS installations in Virginia. The role requires identifying hazards, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating on-site safety trainings.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with ongoing compliance to safety standards and reporting procedures. The successful candidate will review site-specific plans, ensure adherence to Electrical Safety and LOTO, and coordinate training to close knowledge gaps among crew

Qualifications

• Must identify hazards and take corrective action as the Competent Person for BMS installations.
• Must have OSHA 30-hour Construction Course (within 2 years) or current.
• Must be able to arrange/conduct safety and health trainings as needed.
• Review site training plan and other safety procedures including Electrical Safety, LOTO, Ladder Safety, Working at Heights, incident reporting.

• Coordinate and deliver safety and health trainings as required.
• Review and align with Client’s site-specific training plan and safety policies.
