Job summary

Faith Technologies in El Paso, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects. You will generate business, manage staff, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule targets while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering fields and 5 years of electrical field experience plus 1 year estimating, with 15–20% travel. Proficiency in MS Office; Accubid and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years in electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects. Ensures safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business. Networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (ORM's, Staffing, Jobsite, PM, Financial).
• Participates in field performance reviews; coaches employees and manages merit wage increases.
• Collaborates with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and support safe behavior.
