Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years electrical field experience and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Travel up to 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical, automation, and MES projects to meet quality, profitability, and schedule goals.
• Identifies new business opportunities and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture and constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends project/ORM, staffing, jobsite, and finance meetings to track progress.
• Conducts field performance reviews and coaches staff on growth opportunities.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and ensure safety and compliance.
