Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead electrical and specialty systems projects, coordinate staff, and drive profitable results.

The role emphasizes customer relations, bidding support, and adherence to schedule and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training, with 1 year of electrical estimating experience (or 5 years in the electrical trade plus 1 year estimating).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade and one year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%.
• Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require other times to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects, ensuring profitability and timely completion.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Participates in field performance reviews and merit increases; maintains employee relations.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to ensure progress and safety and support crews.
