Job summary

Meade is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Design Engineer I (Low Voltage) to join our Engineering team. This role focuses on the design of network infrastructure and structured cabling for mission-critical and data center projects, delivering detailed drawings, layouts, and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICT/structured cabling design, or network infrastructure design.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• RCDD certification preferred — this is not a software/IT networking position.
• Knowledge of network architecture and infrastructure design principles.
• Experience with data center environments.
• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, BICSI, TIA/EIA, construction drawings, rack elevations.

Responsibilities

• Design ICT and network infrastructure systems, including structured cabling and pathways.
• Develop LAN/WAN topology diagrams, logical network layouts, and physical infrastructure design.
• Produce construction drawings, cable routing, equipment schedules, and rack elevations.
• Design passive infrastructure, fiber copper cabling, and SEF infrastructure.
• Coordinate with civil and electrical disciplines on project delivery.
• Prepare BIM-coordinated ICT models and design documentation using Autodesk tools.
