Meade is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Design Engineer I to join our engineering team in Virginia. You will design network infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber and copper pathways, and contribute to data center projects.

The role emphasizes Revit/AutoCAD design, BIM coordination, and compliance with BICSI, TIA/EIA, and ANSI standards. A 2+ year background in ICT design and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of ICT/structured cabling or network infrastructure design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• RCDD certification preferred — this is not a software/IT networking position.
• Knowledge of network architecture and infrastructure design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design ICT and network infrastructure systems including structured cabling and pathways.
• Develop LAN/WAN topology diagrams and physical infrastructure layouts.
• Produce construction drawings, cable routing layouts, equipment schedules, and rack elevations.
• Coordinate BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD; ensure documentation is coordinated.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors during construction and commissioning.
