Job summary

MGAC is a global boutique consultancy delivering owner’s representation on data centers and hospitals. The Project Manager will independently lead high-visibility Critical Environments projects from inception to close, coordinating schedules, budgets, and teams onsite in Lanham, MD based on client needs.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environment projects, and strong MEP and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, labs).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and budget recovery.
• Ensure alignment with client’s vision and act as a trusted partner.
