Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team leads the construction of data centers and hospitals with deep industry expertise. As a Project Manager, you will manage high-visibility projects, resolve issues, and guide informed decisions to keep work on track.

You will oversee schedule, budget, and risk while acting as owner’s representative for clients. You will mentor teams, drive collaboration with clients, A&E pros, and contractors, and ensure the project aligns with the client’s vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain the client's vision as a trusted partner.
• Manage invoicing and identify add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients and A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
