Job summary

Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking an entry-level Installer to support the installation of low-voltage cabling and communication systems on commercial construction projects.

You will assist with pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing various cabling types while following blueprints and safety protocols. You will learn to set up racks and supports, install devices, and work with a team to ensure quality installations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in cabling or low-voltage systems; prior construction exposure preferred.
• Able to read basic diagrams and follow instructions.
• Strong safety mindset and physical fitness for a hands-on role.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, dressing, terminating, and labeling cabling.
• Set up racks, cabinets, and cable supports according to spec.
• Install devices such as switches, cameras, UPS units.
• Use hand tools properly and maintain tools/materials.
• Follow blueprints and installation instructions with supervision.
• Prioritize safety and PPE usage.
• Report daily updates to Project Leads.
• Grow knowledge of bonding, grounding, and firestopping.
• Stay organized on busy construction sites.
• Travel and flexible scheduling as needed.
