TEKsystems seeks a Cable Technician I for our Temple, TX project supporting large-scale data center construction. Local candidates or those who can commute daily are preferred. The role includes 5-6 weeks of paid training at Cedar Rapids, IA or Columbus, OH, with travel covered.
After training, you will return to Temple to continue work full-time on a contract-to-hire basis. The position offers day shifts, potential overtime, and growth in telecom and low-voltage systems within a data center

About the Opportunity We're hiring motivated individuals to support a large-scale data center construction project in Temple, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, low voltage, cable installation, telecommunications, or anyone looking to start a long-term career in the data center industry.
Before starting on the Temple project, selected candidates will complete 5-6 weeks of paid training at an active project site in either Cedar Rapids, Iowa or Columbus, Ohio. Following training, employees will return to Temple, TX to continue work on the project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Temple, TX.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
